Here I will share my journey toward a healthier me. This is
a lifetime journey. As I move forward in my journey I will have different goals
based on where I am in my life. This year I have several goals that I am
working toward. These include losing weight and getting back into running.
For weight loss, my goal is to lose weight in a healthy
gradual manner to move into the healthy weight category. This goal has a
variety of components including activity levels, food, and personal image. I am
using a variety of tools to ensure success and I look forward to sharing as I
move closer to my goal.
To get back into running, I am planning to participate in
the Long Beach ½ Marathon in October. I have a series of training plans and
races that I will be participating in leading up to the ½ Marathon.
Life is a constantly changing endeavor and I look forward to
new goals and dreams as time progresses.
